Returns & Refunds Policy
We do our very best to get you your parcel as fast as we can.
If you live in a main city, we will be able to deliver to your door within 2-3 working days.
Once we have sent your parcel we will email you with a confirmation, along with the courier details and tracking number.

Due the intimate nature of our products, our returns policy is limited. To ensure that we supply working products, each product will be tested prior to despatch. Our products are good quality, and we ensure that fully operational products are working correctly.
Toys: For health and safety and due nature of the products we sell – customers cannot return or exchange any purchases unless these are defective. This means that products designed to come into contact with any body part or body fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable:
Once a product leaves a warehouse, it cannot be returned unless defective.
Please note that our return / exchange period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been accepted.
A refund will be done in the form of a voucher or gift card.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
1. COLLECTION SERVICE:
We offer a collection service where we can send a courier to collect the item/s from you. There is a charge of R70 for this service from most areas.
Refund option: If you would like to use our collection service – we will deduct R70 off your refund to cover the courier collection.
Exchange option: If you would like an exchange for something else, we do ask that you EFT the R70 (And the difference if the exchanging item is more expensive)
